Tracy Spiegel is a compassionate Licensed Legal Paraprofessional with over 24 years of legal experience and 18 years of family law experience.
As a Licensed Legal Paraprofessional (LLP) accredited by the Colorado Supreme Court, Tracy is committed to guiding clients through the often challenging landscape of domestic relations cases. She understands how overwhelming these situations can be and strives to provide support at every step. Tracy is able to advise clients, prepare and file necessary paperwork, assist during mediation, and, with certain limitations, represent clients in hearings.
Her impressive track record in handling complex family law matters demonstrates her dedication to helping families navigate their disputes with care and understanding. Tracy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. She has pursued valuable certifications from the National Association of Legal Assistants, achieving credentials such as CP-Certified Paralegal and ACP-Advanced Certified Paralegal, along with advanced certifications in Trial Practice and Family Law. Most recently, she became one of the first to be admitted as a Licensed Legal Paraprofessional after fulfilling the requirements set forth by the Colorado Supreme Court.
She has been recognized by Law Week Colorado in 2020 as an outstanding Legal Paraprofessional and was a finalist in 2021 and 2022 for the Denver Administrative Awards. Tracy also dedicates pro bono hours to the legal aid clinics in the metro area to help indigent parties have access to legal resources for their family law issues.
When she is not working, Tracy cherishes the time spent with her family and her two beloved dogs, Rocky and Herbie. She believes that a strong support system is essential, both in her professional life and at home, and she is deeply committed to being that support for her clients during their times of need
